Sabina Turner is a nationally recognized
artist living in Livermore, CA. She has won
numerous awards both locally and
nationally including, the "Brand Library
& Art Gallery Award" at the Watercolor
West XXXV National Exhibit at the Riverside
Art Museum. Her work has been exhibited in
galleries, museums, cultural Centers,
shown on TV and featured in books and
National Magazines including American
Artist's "Watercolor" Magazine and Rockport
Publishers' "In Watercolor, People". Her
paintings are included in collections
throughout the world. She is a member of Oil
Painters of America, the American Society of
Portrait Artists, and a Signature Member of
Watercolor West.
Sabina is a popular lecturer, juror and workshop instructor, having
presented programs at over 40 art associations throughout the State
of California. Exciting presentation of color is the most recognizable
characteristic of Sabina's art. Her use of paint is expressive, fresh and
free. Her eye is attracted to the living things around her. She tries to
capture the essence of each individual in that moment, and her reaction
to it.
